Our mission is to maximally simplify the work of the ship owner in the search for the marine crew such as : captains, chief mates (senior captain assistant), first mates, second mates, third mates, ship mechanics (Chief engineer, Second mechanic engineer, third mechanic engineer, junior mechanic), ship electricians and electrical engineerings, Boatswain, Sailors (Seamen), Enginemen; to select the ship owner according to the requirements of the company.
